IYF-Japan's Grant Making Policy
Grant is to be made to the effective projects, being implemented between July 2002 and June 2003.
(a) Open and Competitive Solicitation:
Applications will be invited to a public competitive solicitation from 1 January to 28 February 2002.(b) Project Screening:
An independent "Screening Committee" will be formed to select the effective projects.(c) Screening Criteria :
The projects will be reviewed and selected based on IYF's philosophy of 17 criteria, and "5Cs and 5Rs." Projects related to particular religious activities and/or partisan politics will not be eligible.- To invest in 5Rs which will promote the development of 5Cs of youth.
- To support programs implementing youth participation in order to make the most of the investment in 5Rs.
- To choose those organisations which can share experience of good practices with public by report making.
